We’d like to introduce you to some of our key people:

Steve Hartley – CEO

Steve heads up our financing and SME accounting services, overseeing our dedicated customer relations and SME accounting team. He is an accomplished change management specialist with a background in financial services businesses. He qualified as a chartered accountant before moving into corporate finance.

In 1995 after gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced deal and transaction environment, Steve became a founder of a Listed sales finance company which served numerous recruiters. During his time in the public markets, he created innovative products and successfully presided over rapid growth.

Richard Foster – Operations Director

Richard leads our financing services, overseeing the dedicated customer service and client operations teams. He started his own journey at the company in 2003 and has been involved with the outsourcing side of the business since day one – seeing it grow from humble beginnings into the company we are today.

A member of the ABFA Foundation, Richard’s past life includes front line recruitment consultant roles for RE Personnel (2001 – 2003) and a major hospitality recruitment agency, where he was personally responsible for supplying 150 candidates per day to the Cheltenham Gold Cup in 2002.

Notts County, movies and music are Richard’s other loves – but he also has a head for science with a chemistry degree from the University of Exeter under his belt.

Darren Levers – Business Development Director (South)

Darren joined the business in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Asset Based Lending, having been in the industry for over 17 years. He has worked for banks and independent lenders and is responsible for developing new commercial opportunities. Darren strives to provide value and support at every opportunity, with a focus on the detail and is experienced at managing relationships at all levels, with a proven track record at change management through inter-factor structuring.

Darren played football at a semi-professional level for Burton Albion in the early 90’s and is a life-long Derby County fan for his sins.
