Outsauce commits to REC’s Good Recruitment Campaign

Outsauce is proud to announce its participation in the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC)’s Good Recruitment Campaign.

The Campaign has been launched to promote the importance of good recruiting practice in the organisational success of businesses and public sector organisations. At its core is a Good Recruitment Charter, containing a set of principles to which signatories agree to aspire towards and measure their performance against.

Developed with input from a wide range of leading businesses and professional bodies, the initiative also encourages and facilitates the sharing of good recruitment practice approaches and insights between like-minded organisations.

Outsauce’s participation reinforces its commitment to sharing its extensive recruitment industry expertise and supporting recruitment businesses grow and enhance performance.
